Thank you for choosing Tique as your Lash Artist 💋 PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BELOW BEFORE BOOKING! 💕 GUEST POLICY: • I ask that you do not bring any additional guest that are not being serviced. • If you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms or have been in contact with someone that is unwell, please reschedule at your earliest convenience. • When you arrive to your appointment, Text 256-542-1719 and I will let you know when/if it’s okay to come in. • Please arrive to appointment with CLEAN lashes! (No Mascara) • You must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining to book a fill. Fills should be made 2-3 weeks after previous lash appointment. If you have less than 40% or if is been more than 21 days, it will be considered a full set and will be charged as such. • No Foreign/Outside fills. If you already have lashes on, please book a removal and a Fullset. PAYMENT POLICY: • Cash is preferred, but payments can be processed via card on file and Zelle. Cancellation Policy
Please give a 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling a appointment. No call/No Show = charged 100% of service + banned from booking in the future. Same day cancellations = charged 75% of service If you are more than 10 mins late, you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and charged the same day cancellation fee. (Unless we discuss otherwise) (If your card doesn’t go through, you will be banned from booking with me)
